1. Purpose
Ankora is a budgeting and financial education tool for individuals. It lets you manually enter your bills and expenses, smooth them across the year, and anticipate cash-flow needs.
2. What Ankora is NOT
- Ankora is not an investment advisory service.
- Ankora is not a banking service and holds no funds.
- Ankora is not a PSD2 aggregator — no connection to your bank accounts.
- Ankora is not professional accounting software.
The information displayed consists of estimates based on your inputs. It does not constitute personalised financial advice. For any important decision, consult an authorised professional.
3. Account
- You must be of legal age or have authorisation from a legal representative.
- One account per individual.
- Password: minimum 12 characters, mixed case.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for illegal purposes,
- attempt to circumvent security measures,
- automate access without explicit authorisation,
- share your account with a third party.
5. Intellectual property
You remain the owner of your data. Ankora retains ownership of its code, brand, design and documentation.
6. Liability
Ankora is provided "as is". The publisher cannot be held liable for financial decisions made on the basis of the information displayed. No 100% availability is guaranteed.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. Deletion takes effect 30 days after the request (cancellable during that period).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Competent court: Brussels.
